复方丹参滴丸与芪参益气滴丸在冠心病临床治疗中的应用

Application of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of compound danshen dripping pills and qishen yiqi dripping pills in the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease

通过对复方丹参滴丸与芪参益气滴丸的组方、功能主治的分析,比较两种药物在冠心病临床治疗中的中医辨证论治分型差异及应用。两种药物组成同中有异,功效主治侧重点有所不同,复方丹参滴丸适用于冠心病临床表现为实证情况,以活血理气为主;芪参益气滴丸适用于冠心病临床表现为虚实夹杂证情况,以益气通脉为主。复方丹参滴丸主要用于气滞血瘀型冠心病;芪参益气滴丸主要用于气虚血瘀型冠心病。

The difference and application of the two medicines in the treatment of coronary heart disease based on the differentiation of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine were compared,through the analysis of the composition and function of compound danshen dripping pills and qishen yiqi dripping pills. There are some similarities as well as some differences in the composition of the two drugs, the major functions and efficacy are different.The compound danshen dripping pills are applicable to the clinical manifestation of coronary heart disease,the major function includes invigorating the circulation of blood and regulating vital energy. But qishen yiqi dripping pills are applicable to the clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease with false and solid syndromes, major function includes tonifying qi and promoting blood circulation. Compound danshen dripping pills are mainly used for coronary heart disease with qi stagnation and blood stasis type. However, qishen yiqi dripping pills are mainly used for coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
