我国长寿家族史人群相关因素分析

Related factors of people with a family history of longevity in China

目的探讨我国长寿家族史人群的相关影响因素。方法2012年至2015年全国高血压分层多阶段随机抽样横断面调查采用统一的方案、问卷调查了受试对象的年龄、性别、职业等基本资料,测量受试对象的身高、体重、血压等。本文基于该研究的资料,采用病例对照的研究方法,在总的调查人群中选取有长寿家族史9066人作为病例组,根据年龄、性别、地区采用倾向性评分法进行匹配选取了9066人作为对照组,分析影响长寿的因素。结果两组人群年龄、性别、城市、婚姻状况、饮酒状况、体质量指数以及高血压比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。有长寿家族史人群与无长寿家族史人群相比,吸烟状况、心血管病家族史差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.052、89.060,P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,吸烟、高血压、心血管病家族史与长寿家族史负相关(OR:0.878、0.910、0.737,P<0.05)。结论吸烟状况、高血压以及心血管病家族史是长寿家族史的影响因素。

Objective To explore the related factors of people with a family history of longevity in China.Methods From 2012 to 2015,the cross-sectional stratified multistage random sampling survey of hypertension adopted a standard protocol and questionnaire to investigate basic characteristic such as age,sex,and occupation of the subjects,and their height,weight and blood pressure were measured.Based on the data of this study,a case control method was used to select people with a family history of longevity(n=9066)among the total subjects as the case group,and another 9066 people were selected as the control group according to age,gender and region by matching with propensity score,and then analyzed the factors affecting longevity.Results There was no significant difference in age,gender,region,marital status,drinking status,hypertension and BMI between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in smoking status and family history of cardiovascular disease between two groups(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that smoking status,hypertension,and family history of cardiovascular disease were negative related with family history of longevity(OR:0.878,0.910,0.737,P<0.05).Conclusion Family history of longevity is influenced by smoking status,hypertension,and family history of cardiovascular disease.
