摘要
基于孚罗里西测试台架和测试软件,对发动机进行不同工况下的冷测试试验。测试过程中,通过西门子数据采集系统对振动数据进行整理,运用变色龙等评价方法对测试数据进行分析,辅以特定的缺陷验证,探索振动测试在发动机冷测试领域的应用。传统的振动测试能评价固定阶次(频率)下的振动幅度,变色龙系统可评估当前测试发动机的振动曲线在过去特定数量发动机的曲线束中所处的水平,2者结合能更迅速准确地判定发动机的振动状态。
Based on JWFroehlich cold test and software we designed the cold test program at different working conditions. We used SIMENS-ANOVIS system to collect vibration data. The frequency spectrum analysis and Chameleon methods are used to do the assessment. Supplemented by failure mappings, we finished the probe of vibration test in engine cold test. After some research and mappings we found traditional method such as order spectrum can be used to detect fixed frequency vibration. Chameleon method can be used to evaluate the vibration level by comparing with the last engines. If we use all the methods in cold test vibration test, we can detect a lot of failures.
