基于LabVIEW的电子辅助水泵检测系统

摘要 基于labVIEW虚拟仪器平台,开发了一种新的电子辅助水泵性能参数检测系统。介绍了检测系统的总体设计方案、硬件结构的基本组成和功能、labVIEW测试软件及控制界面。搭建了水泵检测系统试验台,对电子辅助水泵进行了性能参数检测试验。结果表明,该检测系统成熟可靠、稳定性好、精度高,且操作简单,数据显示直观,水泵检测效率大幅提升。 Based on labVIEW virtual instrument platform,a new electronic auxiliary pump performance parameter detection system is developed.This paper introduces the overall design scheme of the detection system,the basic composition and function of the hardware structure,the labVIEW testing software and the control interface.Finally,the experimental platform of the pump detection system is built,and the performance parameters of the electronic auxiliary pump are tested.The detection system is mature,reliable,stable,high precision,simple operation,intuitive data display,thus the pump detection efficiency is greatly improved.
