摘要 针对48 V轻混系统的节能效果,利用AVL-Cruise在传统燃油车的基础上建立P0结构的48 V轻混系统,在Matlab/Simulink上设计了怠速起停、能量回收和动力辅助的控制策略。将SOC初始值分别设定为70%、60%和50%,通过模拟NEDC循环工况,比较3种情形下瞬态油耗和SOC的变化,得出最佳的SOC初始值。仿真结果表明,SOC的初始值为60%时,48 V电池充放电平衡。因此,60%为最佳的SOC初始值。将燃油车改制成48 V轻混系统样车,对改制前后的样车进行油耗测试,测试遵照GB/T 19233-2008相关规程执行。结果表明,48 V轻混系统具备10.66%的节油能力。 A 48 V light hybrid system with P0 was established to study the energy-conserving efficiency by AVL-Cruise.The control strategies of the model with idle start and stop,energy recovery and power assist functions were designed in Matlab/Simulink.Setting the initial value of SOC as 70%,60%and 50%,by simulating the NEDC,the optimal initial value of SOC was obtained by comparing the changes of transient fuel consumption and SOC under three cases.The simulation result shows that the 48 V battery reaches a balance in charges and discharges when the initial value of SOC is 60%,therefore,the optimal initial SOC value is 60%.The fuel car was converted into a 48 V light hybird system prototype car,then fuel consumption test was conducted on the prototype car and fuel car respectively,and the test method was executed in accordance with GB/T 19233-2008.The results show that the 48 V light hybird system can decrease the fuel consumption by 10.6%compared with the fuel car.
