摘要
围绕重型甲醇发动机曲轴箱通风系统开发工作,对曲轴箱通风系统进行了分析,包括对混合气的取气位置不合理、缺少预分离结构导致主分离器负担重等问题进行了分析。根据甲醇发动机燃烧的特点,优化了曲轴箱通风系统的取气位置,增加了预分离结构以及补气系统的设计。台架试验结果表明,曲轴箱通风系统的排放达到了国六排放标准要求。
This paper focuses on the development of crankcase ventilation system for heavy duty methanol engine.The design of crankcase ventilation system was analyzed,including the unreasonable intake position of mixture,the heavy burden of main separator due to lack of pre separation.According to the combustion characteristics of methanol engine,the intake position of crankcase ventilation system was optimized,the design of new pre separator and air supplement system was added.The bench test shows that the emission of the crankcase ventilation system meets the requirements of the sixth national emission standard.
