“政治家办报”视角下媒体融合的政治逻辑

The Political Logic of Media Integration from the Perspective of“Politician-Run-Newspapers”

本文通过梳理“政治家办报”理念在“传统传播体系-现代传播体系-全媒体传播体系”这一过程中的意义变迁与话语轨迹,探寻既定时空中“政治家办报”理念的不同历史规则与实践策略,为理解中国语境下“媒体融合”的政治逻辑提供了历史视角。在“政治家办报”理念的演变脉络中,由“三闻原则”到“四全媒体”的实践方案,体现出“政治上的毫不妥协”与“智性上的雅致”的双重特点。“政治上的毫不妥协”指该理念内在的政治逻辑,即政治始终是最为核心的要素,这决定了媒体融合必定是一项国家战略;而“智性上的雅致”指的是媒体融合闪烁着科学的光芒,不是服务于政治实践的单纯的口号与方针,而是根植于中国特殊的政治语境与媒介生态环境,在特定的新闻实践中孕育的具有时代先锋性的“建设方案”。

This paper compares the meaning changes and discourse trajectories of"politician-run-newspapers"in the process of"traditional""modern"and"all-media"communication system respectively.By a historical perspective to understand the political logic of the national strategy of"media convergence"in the Chinese context and sorting out the meaning changes and discourse trajectories embedded in the communication system,it argues that the evolution of politician-run newspapers,the transformation process from the"Three News Principle"to the"Four Full-Media"approach reflects the dual characteristics of"political uncompromising and intellectual elegance"of politician-run newspapers.
