When coming across a car accident on his way of delivery,he stopped to call the emergency number at once and acted as a temporary commander at the rescue site.During the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic,he took the initiative to establish an antiepidemic team,which twice assumed the responsibility of delivering nucleic acid test samples.He is Qin Wenchong,a deliveryman and one of the winners of the 2022 National May 1 Labor Medal.
