版印媒介技术背景下宋代的书禁与报禁政策研究

Book Ban and News Ban Policies in the Song Dynasty under the Background of the Development of Printing Media Technology

传播与保密是人类社会进入大众传播时代必然遭遇的激烈博弈。宋代版印媒介技术的快速发展强力推动了宋代信息生产与信息消费的变革,而与这一变革相伴而生的,便是在中国历史上首次拉开了传播与保密激烈博弈的大幕。从宋中期开始,围绕外交、军事、朝政等涉密资讯,传播与反传播、保密与泄密的冲突斗争开始不间断上演,成为诱发宋代不断推出书禁、报禁政策的一个重要因素。

Communication and confidentiality are the intense game that human society inevitably experiences when it enters the era of mass communication.The development of printing media technology in Song Dynasty strongly promoted the change of information production and information consumption in Song Dynasty.And with this change,for the first time in Chinese history,came the fierce game of communication and confidentiality.Since the middle of Song Dynasty,the conflicts between communication and anti-communication,confidentiality and leakage of secrets began to unfold ceaselessly focusing on confidential information such as foreign,military and government affairs,which became an important factor that induced the continuous introduction of book ban and news ban books policies in Song Dynasty.
