教育生态学视角下中西部新闻传播教育高质量发展研究

Practical Difficulties and Realization Path for the High-Quality Development of Journalism and Communication Education in the Central and Western Regions under the Background of Building a Powerful Country in Education-From the Perspective of Educational Ecology

建设教育强国,是以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程,对中西部新闻传播教育提出了新的要求。本文以教育生态学为研究视角,基于对中西部新闻传播教育生态系统运行现状的观察,发现新闻传播教育难以充分借助政策措施、技术发展、地方发展、媒介发展等外部生态环境,形成强劲的内生动力,发挥独特价值和相对优势,达到维持新闻传播教育生态系统平衡和解决生态发展失衡问题的目的。本文从如何借助外部环境提升服务国家重大战略需求能力、推动中西部新闻传播教育信息化与数字化建设、推进产教融合、服务区域经济发展以及如何结合“新文科”探索新型新闻人才培养模式,以注重内涵与规律的新教育理念为指引,形成特色化的教育内容,激发内生动力,从而优化中西部新闻传播教育高质量发展的实现路径两方面,为中西部新闻传播教育改革与发展提供一种整体的、系统的视野。

Strengthening education is fundamental to our pursuit of national rejuvenationthrough a Chinese path to modernization.This places new requirements on the development of journalism and communication education in the central and western regions of China.Taking educational ecology as the research perspective,based on the observation of the operation status of the journalism and communication education ecosystem in the central and western regions,this paper finds that journalism and communication education in this ecosystem has difficulties in fully leveraging policy measures,technological development,local development,and media development.These difficulties prevent the formation of a strong endogenous dynamic,the realization of unique values and relative advantages,and the stimulation of internal potential to maintain system balance and solve ecological imbalance problems.To address these issues,we propose strategies such as leveraging external environments to strengthen the capacity to serve the national strategic needs,promoting the Informatization and digitization of journalism and communication education in the central and western regions,advancing the integration between industry and education,serving regional economic development,and exploring new models of journalism talent cultivation in conjunction with“new liberal arts”,adhering to education concepts that focus on connotation and regularity,forming specialized educational content,absorbing educational talents,innovating teaching methods to stimulate internal dynamics,so as to optimizing the system structure and enhancing the system functional output.These methods can lead to high-quality development of journalism and communication education in the central and western regions,and provide a holistic and systematic vision for the reform and development of journalism and communication education in these areas.
