新文科背景下卓越新闻传播人才素质“冰山模型”构建研究

Research on the Construction of Iceberg Model for the Quality of Outstanding Journalism and Communication Talents under the Background of New Liberal Arts

新文科建设的要求被提出之后,卓越新闻传播人才的培养就必须立足于新文科建设的高度来推进。本研究采用质性研究与量化研究相结合的混合方法探析新文科背景下卓越新闻传播人才的素质结构。研究发现,卓越新闻传播人才素质由专业知识、专业技能、思政素质、职业素质和个性与动机五个维度构成;前两个维度为基准性素质,易测易评,显而易见,如冰山水上部分;后三个维度为鉴别性素质,具有隐性特征,如冰山水下部分;基准性素质的提高以鉴别性素质的培养为基础和支撑,鉴别性素质是新闻传播人才能否成就卓越的关键。基于此,本研究将卓越新闻传播人才五维素质结构模型命名为冰山模型,该模型的构建为高校卓越新闻传播人才培养模式的探索提供方向指引与理论依据。

After the new liberal arts construction is put forward,the cultivation of excellent news communication talents must be promoted based on the height of the new liberal arts construction.In this study,the quality structure of excellent news and communication talents under the background of new liberal arts is analyzed by the mixed method of qualitative research and quantitative research.The research finds that the quality of excellent news and communication talents is composed of five dimensions:professional knowledge,professional skills,ideological and political quality,professional quality,personality and motivation.The first two dimensions are the baseline quality,easy to measure,easy to evaluate,obvious,such as the surface of an iceberg;The last three dimensions are discriminative qualities with recessive characteristics,such as the underwater part of an iceberg.The improvement of benchmark quality is based on and supported by the cultivation of discriminative quality,which is the key to the excellence of news communication talents.Based on this,this study named the five-dimensional quality structure model of excellent news and communication talents as iceberg model.The construction of this model provides direction and theoretical basis for the exploration of the cultivation mode of excellent journalism and communication talents in universities.
