摘要
随着我国正式将文化数字化提升至国家战略的高度,数字时代的文化产业发展即将迎来全新的机遇与挑战。韩国是我国地理上的近邻,韩国“文化立国”政策已经实施二十余年,无论从政策的成熟度还是文化产品的全球影响力来看,韩国文化产业已处于世界领先地位。邻国多年来的先进经验也为我国的文化发展带来了时代启示。因此,本文选择采用中韩比较的研究方式,从历史同源、文化碰撞与圈层弥合三方面解读两国文化数字化发展进程,并以具体案例从微观视角对比两国数字文化产品属性、内容主题和传播矩阵上的差异,更直观地洞察韩国数字文化发展迅速的现实原因,进而总结出在相似文化语境下可以为己所用的经验启示。
With the promotion of culture digitization to the height of national strategy,the development of cultural industry in the digital age is about to usher in new opportunities and challenges.As a geographical neighbor,South Korea has implemented the policy of“building a nation through culture”for more than 20years.From the perspective of policy maturity and global influence of cultural products,South Korea's cultural industry has taken a leading position in the world.The advanced experience of neighboring country over many years also brings enlightenment for our country's cultural development.Therefore,this paper chooses the comparative research method between China and South Korea to interpret the development process of digital culture of the two countries from three aspects:historical homology,cultural collision and circle bridging,and compares the differences in the attributes,content themes and transmission matrix of digital cultural products of the two countries from a micro perspective with specific cases,so as to gain a more intuitive insight into the practical reasons for the rapid development of digital culture in South Korea,then summarize the experience enlightenment that can be used for oneself in the similar cultural context.
