职业楷模与专业人才塑造——基于“中国新闻传播大讲堂”的行动研究

摘要 “中国新闻传播大讲堂”将优秀一线新闻工作者丰富的经验转化为教学资源,建立起新闻业界与新闻课堂之间的常态化通道,将“好记者”的新闻实践和理想追求传递给新闻学子,建构了新闻传播学科“为党育人、为国育才”的新模式。“中国新闻传播大讲堂”在理念和宗旨上有效加强了课程思政教育,通过优秀新闻工作者的楷模和示范效应,彰显了时代精神与价值信念,有助于培养政治立场坚定的应用型、复合型新闻传播人才。同时,该典型案例还形成了课程的长效机制、优质课程的资源共享模式、案例式的教学特色以及多维度的教学反馈。 Chinese Journalism&Communication Grand Lecture transforms the rich experience of outstanding front-line journalists into teaching resources,establishes a long-term mechanism between the journalism industry and the journalism classroom.It transmits the journalism practice and ideal pursuit of“good reporters”to journalism students,constructing a new model of journalism and communication disciplines.Chinese Journalism&Communication Grand Lecture effectively strengthens the ideological and political education of the curriculum in terms of concept and purpose.Through the role model of outstanding journalists,it demonstrates the spirit of the times and values,and helps to cultivate professionality of collegestudents majored in Journalism and Communication.At the same time,this education case also forms a long-term mechanism for the course,a resource sharing model for high-quality courses,a case-based teaching feature,and multi-dimensional teaching feedback.
