地方高校新闻与传播专业硕士特色化实践教育体系建构研究——以西安外国语大学为例

Research on the Construction of Characteristic Practical Education System for Master of Journalism and Communication in Local Universities——Take Xi'an Foreign Studies University as An Example

实践教育是新闻与传播专业硕士实践能力培养的基本内容,是实现人才培养的“高层次、应用型”目标的重要支撑。目前,新闻与传播专业硕士实践能力培养中出现了“弱实践”“轻实践”的现象。新闻与传播专业硕士培养的学术化偏向和业务技能训练路径隐匿了实践能力培养的其他面向。地方高校要想提升新闻与传播专业硕士的人才培养质量,增强学科竞争力,需要在强化实践的基础上探寻学科发展特色,构建特色化的实践教育体系。西安外国语大学瞄准“加强国际传播能力建设”的国家战略,通过课程体系、师资结构和实践教学平台建设,构筑融通国际特色与本土实践的中国特色国际新闻传播实践教育体系,以满足地方经济、社会发展和国家国际传播战略的需要。

Practical education is the basic content for the cultivation of practical ability of Master of Journalism and Communication,and it is an important support to realize the goal of“high-level and application-oriented”talent cultivation.At present,there are“weak practice”and“light practice”in the cultivation of practical ability of Master of Journalism and Communication.Other aspects of the cultivation of practical ability were hided by the academic bias and professional skill training path of the Master of Journalism and Communication.If local colleges and universities want to improve the talent training quality of Master of Journalism and Communication and enhance the competitiveness of disciplines,they need to explore differentiated discipline development characteristics and build a characteristic practical education system on the basis of strengthening practice.Aiming at the national strategy of“strengthening the construction of international communication capacity”,Xi'an Foreign Studies University has built an international news communication practice education system with Chinese characteristics integrating international characteristics and local practice through the construction of curriculum system,teacher structure and practical teaching platform,so as to serve the needs of local economic and social development and national international communication strategy.
