以媒体融合发展促进社会治理专业化、信息化、智能化是我国主流媒体的使命职责。在国家社会治理格局中,主流媒体是协调全民共建的"黏合剂"、动员基层共治的"举旗手"、指引社会共享的"助推器"。当前,我国各级主流媒体纷纷拓展自身功能,积极参与社会治理。央视新闻通过直播带货,构建起中央级主流媒体公共服务的创新渠道;浙江华数通过"智慧广电+"构筑"媒体服务+信息服务"的双轨运营格局;朝阳区融媒体中心首创分中心,积极探索基层社会精细化治理新模式。面向未来,我国主流媒体应以数字技术赋能社会治理信息化,以精准服务提升基层社会治理能力,以媒体智库建设促进社会治理决策创新层面不断深耕,促进社会治理的共建、共治、共享。

It is the responsibilities of media to use the integrated development of media to promote the professionalization,informatization,and intelligence of social governance.In the national social governance pattern,mainstream media are the"glue"for coordinating the joint construction of the whole people,the"standard bearer"for mobilizing grassroots co-governance,and the"booster"for guiding social sharing.At present,in the social governance of China’s media,CCTV News has built an innovative channel for central mainstream media public services through live broadcasts;WASU has built a dual-track operation of"media services+information services"through"smart broadcasting+"layout;Digital Media of Chaoyang District created a sub-center to actively explore new models of grassroots social governance.Facing the future,our country’s media should use digital technology to empower the informatization of social governance,improve grassroots social governance capabilities with precise services,and promote continuous deepening of social governance decision-making innovation through the construction of media think tanks,and promote the co-construction,co-governance,and sharing of social governance.
