Fake News in the Post-truth Era:the Incentives,Governance Practices,and Dilemmas——From the Perspective of European and American Practices

假新闻在近年来成为一个全球热议的公共议题。文章从不同层面透视2016年美国大选以来假新闻激增的诱因,结合案例审视了欧美假新闻的治理实践,对技术治理、流程管控、媒介素养教育、法规监管等治理方式进行了解析,同时提出,从目前治理实践来看,各方还处于摸索阶段,假新闻治理依然存在着多重现实困境。

Fake news has become aglobal issue in recent years.This article looks into the causes of the proliferation of fake news since the 2016 U.S.election from different perspectives.It examines the governance practices of fake news in Europe and the United States by analyzing governance methods including technological governance, process control, media literacy education, and regulatory supervision.Combined with the current governance practices, the above aspects are still in the exploration stage, there are still multiple realistic dilemmas for fake news governance.
