Duty to Defend the Country:Data Portraits of 65 County-level Converged Media WeChat Official Accounts in Fighting against NCP

在重大公共卫生事件发生时,信息畅通是第一要务。新冠肺炎疫情的突然爆发尤其需要信息畅通。对于县域治理来说,县级融媒体微信公众号是地方政府最权威、最具接近性的传播平台之一。本文通过对65个县级融媒体中心微信公众号的大数据抓取,从传播框架、传播内容、传播形式、情感倾向四个方面考察在危机事件面前它们是否起到了"新闻+政务+服务"的融媒体平台作用,以量化与质化相结合的方法,说明县级融媒体中心所承载的历史现场与生活实录的文化重任。

Information flow is the priority when a major public health event occurs.This is especially true with the novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP) outbreak.For county governance, county-level converged media WeChat official account is one of the most authoritative and closest communication platforms for local governments.This paper captures the big data of the WeChat official accounts of 65 county-level converged mediacenters, and spreads from the four aspects of communication framework, communication content, communication form and emotional tendency, to investigate whether they play the role of the converged mediaplatform of news + government affairs + service in front of crisis events.Combining with the quantitative and qualitative methods, this paper shows the cultural responsibility of the historical scene and life record carried by the county-level converged mediacenters.
