网络公共议题参与:趋向、失范与规避

Internet Public Issues:Tendency,Anomie and Avoid

网络社会通过对公众交往结构的重构促进了公共领域的转型以及公共议题的参与。近年来,在社会变迁与公众诉求的双重作用下,网络公共议题在内容属性、次序排列等方面都有了新的转向。与此同时,伴随着参与积极性的提高,公众在网络公共议题议事过程中也出现了一些失范现象,阻碍了议题进程的推进与公众舆论的生成。本文试图挖掘这些现象背后的原因,从而为议题参与的失范问题提供规避路径。

Through the reconstruction of the public communication structure,the network society promotes the transformation of the public sphere and the participation of public issues.In recent years,under the dual role of social change and public appeal,the network public issues have new turns in terms of content attribute,order and so on.At the same time,along with the improvement of participation enthusiasm,the public also appears some anomies in the process of online public discussion,which hinders the progress of the topic process and the generation of public opinion.This paper tries to explore the reasons behind these phenomena,so as to provide an escape path for the anomies of topic participation.
