摘要
近年来,由于各级党委政府的大力支持以及"自我革新",我国党报融合发展初具规模,典型新媒体案例频出。人民日报社"中央厨房"继续前进;南方日报社以"南方+"为抓手唱响了主流的南方声音;羊城晚报社的"媒体+创意园"模式不断深化;广州日报社延续其在垂直领域的深耕;太仓日报社以用户思维深化县级党报的多元化经营。然而,整个报纸行业仍在爬坡之中,党报集团内部的内生性体制机制仍待培养,人才流失也成为发展掣肘。放眼未来,我国各级党报应理顺内外部体制机制,并在智库化媒体建设、人工智能等新技术应用上持续探索,从而拓宽报纸行业生态圈,为媒体融合的国家战略贡献"党报智慧"。
In recent years,due to the strong support of the party committees and governments and the"self-innovation",the development of the party newspapers in China has begun to take shape,typical new media cases appeared frequently.The People’s Daily’s"Central Kitchen"continued to advance;Nanfang Daily sang the mainstream southern voice with"Southern+";the"Media+Creative Park"model of Yangcheng Evening News continued to deepen;Guangzhou Daily continued its deep cultivation in the vertical field;Taicang Daily uses the user’s thinking to enhance the diversified operation of county-level party newspapers.However,the entire newspaper industry is still climbing,and the endogenous institutional mechanisms within the party newspaper group are still to be cultivated,and brain drain has become a development constraint.Looking into the future,party newspapers at all levels in China should rationalize internal and external institutional mechanisms,and continue to explore new technologies such as think tank media construction and artificial intelligence,thereby broadening the newspaper industry ecosystem and contributing to the"party intelligence"of the national strategy of media integration.
