生育政策调整背景下的“女性与生育”微博舆情研究

Public Sentiment Analysis of “Women and Birth”on Weibo against the Backdrop of Policy Change

受多年计划生育政策的影响,中国的总和生育率较低,生育问题已成为国家和社会公众关心的重要议题。本文以近四年中国生育政策调整为背景,考察社交媒体中的相关话语表达、议题变化和公众心态。通过对相关微博进行内容分析得出如下结论:第一,公众关注生育议题趋向理性、务实;第二,养育问题突出,男女态度差异显著,独生子女政策的遗留问题凸显;第三,性别歧视问题犹存,女性婚育自主意识显著提升;第四,婚姻关系中的成本计算凸显,新《婚姻法》的导向性效果显现。基于此,本文对未来趋势有所前瞻。

The overall birth rate in China is at a relatively low level due to the longlasting impact of"one-child policy".Birth rate problem has been an important issue that both Chinese government and the public are concerned about.This research is designed to analyze the discourse expression,issue changes,and public mindsets about birth rate against the backdrop of the birth policy change over the past four years in China.Through content analysis of relevant Weibo posts,we have drawn following conclusions:First of all,public responses to the birth issue have become more rational;Second,nurturing problem looms,there are significant differences between women and men in regards to their attitudes on nurturing children,and the negative impact of"one-child policy"remains;Third,gender stereotypes still exist and women’s self-awareness of marriage and giving birth has significantly improved;Fourth,guided by The New Marriage Law,calculation of the cost of marriage is becoming more prominent.Basing on these results,this study sheds lights on future directions on women and birth.
