摘要
面对复杂的媒介舆论环境,传统主流媒体长期以来肩负着舆论引导和话语权引领的使命担当。然而,一直以来,传统主流媒体在舆情事件中所实现的具体功能和承担的角色却被长期固化看待,且被笼统地加以讨论。本文将传统媒体在突发舆情事件中的功能加以重新梳理,提炼出触发、催化和冷却三重具有阶段性特征的功能角色,并将其放在现实舆情事件中加以比对和分析。通过对2018年至2019年连续12个月内的突发热点舆情事件的分析,着力发掘传统主流媒体在舆情事件发生发展的不同阶段上的功能表现,并进而考察其中传统媒体对舆论引导的实际效果。
With the increasingly complex media environment,the traditional mainstream media has long been shouldering the mission of public opinion guidance.However,for along time,the specific functions and roles of traditional mainstream mediain public opinion events have been fixed and discussed with less specificities.In this paper,the functions of traditional media in public opinion events are revisited,and the functions as triggers,catalysis and coolers with characteristics at varied stages are extracted,which are then compared and analyzed in real public opinion events.Through the analysis of hot public opinion events in the 12 consecutive months from 2018 to 2019,the paper tries to explore the function and the performances of traditional mainstream mediain different stages of the development of public opinion events,and then investigates the actual effect of traditional media on public opinion guidance.
