政策工具视角下中国网络视听节目政策分析

Policy Research of Chinese Network Audio-visual Programs from the Perspective of Policy Tools

以互联网为代表的新兴技术促使网络视听行业如雨后春笋般快速成长,作为激发网络影视文化发展的重要力量,近20多年来,我国对网络视听的政策管制也更加重视,呈现出台网同标的趋势。本文通过对相关网络视听行业规制政策的收集整理,筛选出107部网络视听节目政策作为研究样本,总结政策特征及效果,为中国网络视听节目管理政策提供可靠建议。

The emerging technology represented by the Internet has spurred the rapid growth of the network audio-visual industry.As an important force to stimulate the development of the network film and television culture,Chinahas paid more attention to the policy control of the network audio-visual industry in the past 20 years,which presents the same standard tendency in the television audio-visual industry. Through collecting and sorting out the relevant regulatory policies of the network audio-visual industry,this paper selects 107 network audio-visual program policies as research samples,summarizes the characteristics and effects of them,and proposes reliable suggestions for Chinese network audio-visual program management policies.
