摘要
本文运用质性研究方法,采用最大差异的信息饱和法抽样,通过对40位网易云音乐用户展开深度访谈与参与观察,并对访谈所得的用户体验进行类属分析,探讨了云音乐的个体消费、青年想象与文化情境,揭示算法推荐时代的智能迷思,并探讨超越智能迷思的路径。研究发现,算法推荐的云音乐消费行为中,存在逃避抵抗算法和情感依附算法为表征的智能迷思与文化想象,它们技巧性、拟人性地减缓了因算法技术的冰冷变革所带来的文化震荡与技术决定悖论,并形塑了当下网络音乐场景中崭新的文化研究场域。
This paper takes qualitative research as the orientation,based on the myth theory,adopts the largest difference information saturation method as the sampling method,and takes 40 Netease cloud music users as the research object for in-depth interviews with atotal duration of more than 40 hours.The user experience performs ageneric analysis that reveals the intellectual myths of the algorithmic recommendation eraand explores the path beyond intelligent myths.The study found that there are two kinds of intelligent myths:escaping and resisting algorithm and emotionally attached to algorithm in the eraof algorithm recommendation.These intelligent myths play an active role in mitigating the shock caused by technological changes,but they obscure the power game behind the algorithm and alleviate the contradiction between the manipulation algorithm and the algorithm.
