文化传播:影响外国游客对城市文化设施满意度的因素分析

摘要 文化设施代表着城市的风度和特色,是城市形象的标志,在城市文化传播中起到了非常重要的作用。本研究以上海为案例,通过问卷调查以及现场访谈的方法,了解外国游客对上海主要文化设施的满意度,采用因子分析方法,对影响文化设施满意度的因素进行了分析。研究发现,总体而言,游客对上海的文化设施比较满意,短期外国游客对文化设施的满意度高于长期游客,游客对博物馆和展览会等公益性文化设施的满意度更高,在影响文化设施满意度的因素中,营利性文化设施对满意度的影响更为显著。 Cultural facilities,as symbols of a city’s image,present features of a city and play a very important role in promoting the city to the outside world.This is a case study trying to explore the factors that influence the attitudes of foreign tourists towards Chinese cultural facilities by doing a survey in Shanghai.In-depth interviews are also used to find the impressions of tourists towards different cultural facilities.The survey shows that foreign tourists like cultural facilities in Shanghai,especially museums and exhibitions.But foreigners show more dissatisfaction towards some cultural facilities such as bookstores and clubs when they stay longer and commercial facilities weigh a bit more than nonprofit ones in influencing the attitudes of foreigners.
