The Subjectivity and Adaptability:the Role of Media and Its Challenges in Modern State Governance System

推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化是当今我国深化改革面临的主要问题之一。本文以此为背景,讨论现代国家治理体系中的传媒角色问题,分析了包括传媒的主体性、新闻舆论工作与国家治理能力的适配性、政治沟通与决策模式的变化、互联网治理面临的挑战等在内的问题单。本文认为,厘清传媒的角色,构建一个多元治理的模式,才能更好地适应复杂多元的传播环境。

To modernize China’s governance system and capacity for governance is one of the major problems faced by China’s deepen reform.This paper studies the role of media in China’s modern state governance system.There is"the question list"the paper analyzed:the subjectivity of media,the adaptability of journalistic work to the state governance capabilities,the change of political communication and decision model,as well as the challenge of internet governance.It is assumed that clarifying the role of media,and building a multiple governance model can make it better adapt to the complex and diverse communication environment.
