The construction of county-level convergent media centers in China is proceeding in an all-round way.Its logic is to reconstruct the strong relationship between the national mainstream media and social governance,with a goal of layering and connecting.Through the field research on national level convergent media centers,provincial and county-level convergent media centers,we find it crucial to choose a connecting mode to adapt to the construction of county-level convergent media centers.Cloud Platform+Purchasing Service is its infrastructure.We should not only solve the problems of data,industry and security of the provincial technology platforms,but also solve the problem of mechanism,personnel of the county-level media centers and their connection with the provincial technology platforms.
