摘要
硫酸稀土复盐作为废催化剂稀土分离回收过程的中间产品,其杂质多、附加值低,难以有效利用。为避免稀土资源的浪费,生产高附加值的稀土产品,硫酸稀土复盐需进一步加工和提纯。研究结果表明,碳酸钠与硫酸稀土复盐质量比2.5∶1、浆液固含量20.9%~24.0%、反应时间2 h~2.5 h、酸溶终点pH值3.5,制备的氯化稀土可以达到国家标准。经中试放大后得到工业化应用,在制备FCC催化裂化剂时取得较好的使用效果,有效地实现了稀土资源的循环利用。
As an intermediate product from rare earth separation and recovery process of waste catalyst,rare earth sulfate compound salt has many impurities and low added value,which is difficult to be effectively utilized.In order to avoid the wasting of rare earth resources and produce high value-added rare earth products,rare earth sulfate compound salt needs further processing and purification.The results show that under the conditions as follows:the mass ratio of sodium carbonate to rare earth sulfate is 2.5∶1,the solid content of slurry is 20.9%~24.0%,the reaction time is 2 h~2.5 h,and the acid solution end point pH value is 3.5,the prepared rare earth chloride can meet the national standard.After pilot scale-up,it has been applied in industry,and achieved good results in the preparation of FCC catalyst,and effectively realized the recycling of rare earth resources.
