烧结钕铁硼磁性材料碳足迹核算分析 被引量:3

Assessment of the Carbon Footprint of Sintered PrNdFeB Magnetic Material Based on Life Cycle Assessment

摘要 基于生命周期评价理论对1 kg烧结钕铁硼磁性材料进行碳足迹研究。确定产品碳足迹核算的系统边界,根据产品生命周期清单,建立碳足迹计算模型,核算分析产品各生产阶段的碳足迹,提出减排方案并量化减排效果及减排效益。研究结果表明,生产1 kg烧结钕铁硼磁性材料的碳足迹为52.4087 kgCO2eq,其中铁矿石采矿阶段是主要贡献阶段;原材料消耗产生的碳排放占产品碳足迹的28.3%,能源消耗占67.7%,其中电力消耗部分贡献了51.45%;不同发电方式下的产品碳足迹差异明显,相比火电,风电与太阳能发电分别使碳足迹降低60.7%和54.3%;风电具有良好的经济效益与环境效益,但太阳能发电由于成本较大,因此不具有经济效益。 Based on life cycle assessment theory,carbon footprint of 1 kg sintered PrNdFeB magnetic material was studied in this paper.The system boundary of the product carbon footprint accounting was determined,the carbon footprint calculation model was established according to the product life cycle list,the carbon footprint of the product in each production stage was calculated and analyzed,the emission reduction plan was propounded and the emission reduction effect and benefit was quantified.The results show that:The carbon footprint of producing 1 kg sintered PrNdFeB magnetic material is 52.4087 kgCO2eq,in which the iron ore mining stage is the main contribution stage;The carbon emissions generated by the consumption of raw materials account for 28.3%of the carbon footprint of products,and the energy consumption accounts for 67.7%,of which the electricity consumption contributes 51.45%;The carbon footprint of products under different power generation methods is significantly different.Compared with thermal power generation,wind power generation and solar power generation can reduce the carbon footprint by 60.7%and 54.3%respectively;Wind power has good economic and environmental benefits,but solar power does not have economic benefits due to its high cost.
