摘要
现阶段中国国内外矿产业的形势十分严峻,准确高效地筛选出高品位矿石仍是一大难题。针对白云鄂博稀土矿使用XRF选矿机进行分选,选矿机内部使用FPGA作为高速处理单元,能够实现在0.1 s内对矿石内部元素进行测量。通过谱线成形算法以及数字信号处理技术,对探测器采集的数据进行处理,得到荧光光谱。分析所得光谱,通过观察光子数形成的波峰来判断其中La、Ce以及Fe、Ca等元素含量,从而实现高效分选。
XRF concentrator is used for sorting of Bayan Obo rare earth ore.By using FPGA as high-speed processing unit,it is possible to measure the internal elements of the ore within 0.1 s.Through spectral line shaping algorithms and digital signal processing techniques,the data collected by the detector is processed to obtain a fluorescence spectrum.According to analyzing the resulting spectrum and determining the contents of La,Ce,Fe,Ca by observing the peak formed by the number of photons,the efficient sorting is achieved.
