基于COMSOL的无线电能传输性能仿真实验研究

摘要 磁耦合谐振式无线电能传输性能与系统的频率密切相关,当谐振补偿电路的谐振频率与电源工作频率一致时,系统达到最优输出性能。众多文献报道MCR-WPT的谐振频率从100 kHz到1 000 kHz,然而针对不同的谐振频率对系统传输性能的研究较少。因此,本研究从MCR-WPT等效电路角度详细分析,通过COMSOL Multiphysics有限元仿真软件进行多物理场耦合建模仿真,获取线圈电路参数,最后利用MATLAB软件进行计算分析,综合比较不同的谐振频率对系统传输性能的影响。仿真实验得出在100~1 000 kHz范围内,系统谐振频率在100~400 kHz时系统输出功率和传输效率最优。 The performance of magnetic coupling resonant-wirelesspower transfer is closely related to the frequency of the system.When the resonant frequency of the MCR-WPT is the same as that of the power supply,the system achieves the optimal output performance.In many literatures,the resonant frequency of MCR-WPT ranges from 100 kHz to 1000 kHz,but there are few studies on the transfer performance of MCR-WPT with different resonant frequencies.Therefore,in this paper,the MCR-WPT equivalent circuit is calculated and analyzed in detail,and the parameters of the coil circuit are obtained by using the COMSOL Multiphysics finite element simulation software,at last,MATLAB is used to calculate and analyze the influence of different resonant frequencies on the transfer performance of the system.The simulation results show that the efficiency of the system and output power are optimal in the range of 100-400 kHz when the resonant frequency of the system is in the range of 100-1000 kHz.
