基于改进铁心材料的2000 A/5 A电磁式电流互感器性能仿真与分析

摘要 电磁式电流互感器一次电流变化范围的增大对电能计量的准确性提出了挑战。针对现有电磁式电流互感器在宽范围一次电流下的测量误差不能满足计量要求的情况,本研究首先介绍一种改进的铁心材料,并测量其基本参数,然后基于这种铁心材料设计2000 A/5 A的电磁式电流互感器,最后通过仿真计算测量误差以及铁心磁场的分布。 The increase of the primary current variation range of electromagnetic current transformers poses a challenge on the accuracy of electric energy measurement.The measurement error of the existing electromagnetic current transformer under a wide range of primary current cannot meet the measurement requirements.Aiming at this problem,an improved iron core material is firstly introduced and its basic parameters are measured.Then based on this core material,a 2000 A/5 A electromagnetic current transformer was designed.Finally,the measurement error and the distribution of the iron core magnetic field are calculated by simulation.
