永磁同步电机控制器硬件在环半实物仿真系统开发

摘要 随着永磁同步电机应用日益广泛,驱动电机控制器的开发和测试成为制约伺服系统性能的重要因素。本文搭建了一个永磁同步电机控制器硬件在环半实物仿真平台,以实现驱动电机控制器的开发和测试。首先搭建了永磁同步电机、两电平三相电压型逆变器、旋转变压器的数学模型,在硬件平台上实现数学模型的编译和仿真,并与真实的电机控制器组成实时仿真系统。最后在一定工况下对系统进行实验。实验结果表明电机模型可以对外界条件做出正确的响应,并且各项参数指标的脉动范围正常,证明了本文所搭建的永磁同步电机硬件在环系统能够实现对真实电机控制器的开发和测试,具有缩短开发周期、降低开发成本、实验可重复性等优点。 With the increasing application of permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM),the development and testing of drive motor controllers has become an important factor restricting the performance of servosystems.In this paper,a hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform for permanent magnet synchronous motorcontroller is built to realize the development and testing of drive motor controllers.Firstly,the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,two-level three-phase voltage inverter and resolver is built.Then,the compilation and simulation of mathematical models are realized on the hardware platform,which constitutes a real-time simulation system with the real motor controller.Finally,the system is tested under certain working conditions.The experimental results show that the motor model can respond correctly to external conditions,and the fluctuation range of each parameter index is normal,which proves that the PMSM hardware-in-the-loop system built in this paper can realize the development of real motor controllers,and has the advantages of shortening the development cycle,reducing the development cost,and good experiment repeatability.
