基于粒子系统的尾焰红外图像实时仿真技术

摘要 针对红外成像半实物仿真试验的需求,对尾焰红外图像实时仿真技术进行了研究。首先利用CFD软件计算尾焰的流场特性,根据红外辐射传输理论,采用视在光线法得到了尾焰的红外辐射亮度分布。在此基础上,将理论计算结果和粒子系统进行关联,建立了尾焰的三维模型,通过结合外场实测数据对尾焰图像进行修正,得到不同距离下的尾焰能量。最后,利用实时生成的尾焰红外图像驱动电阻阵列产生红外辐射,进行了半实物仿真试验。仿真结果表明,生成的尾焰红外图像与外场实测数据相近,可信度高,可为半实物仿真试验提供更加逼真的红外目标,并且满足半实物仿真实时性要求。 According to the requirements of infrared imaging hardware-in-the-loop simulation test,the real-time simulation technology of tail flame infrared image is studied.Firstly,the flow characteristics of the tail flame are calculated by CFD software.According to the theory of radiative transfer,the infrared radiance distribution of the tail flame is obtained by LOS.On the basis,the three dimensional model of the tail flame is established by correlating the theoretical calculation results with the particle system.The tail flame energy at different distances is obtained by correcting the tail flame images with the measured data of the external field.Finally,a hardware-in-loop simulation test is carried out by using the real-time infrared image of the tail flame to drive the resistor array to generate infrared radiation.The simulation results show that the generated infrared image of tail flame is close to the measured data and has high fidelity.The model of the tail flame can support real-time simulation.
