人工智能时代信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养模式探究

Research on the Training Mode of Information Management and Information System Professionals in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

在分析当前信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养存在弊端的基础上,以人工智能时代对人才的需求为导向,从教学目标、课程结构、教学模式、实践平台、教师队伍建设和评价机制等方面入手,深入研究人工智能时代信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养模式。主要包括以下内容:第一,转变教学理念,明确培养目标;第二,融合双创教育和专业教育,优化课程体系;第三,改进教学模式,完善“混合式教学”模式;第四,依托多类型实践平台,完善实践课程体系;第五,适应人工智能时代,优化师资队伍;第六,加强能力提高,完善考核监督机制。最后,从多个角度对培养模式进行了分析,结果表明该模式是有效的。

Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of current information management and information system personnel talent training problems,this paper takes the demand for talents in the age of intelligence as the orientation and deeply studies the training mode of talents in the age of intelligence,from the aspects of teaching objectives,curriculum structure,teaching mode,practice platform,teacher team construction and evaluation mechanism.It mainly includes the following contents.Firstly,change the teaching concept and clarify the training objectives.Secondly,integrate the dual education and professional education to optimize the curriculum system.Thirdly,improve the teaching mode and improve the“hybrid teaching”mode.Fourthly,rely on multiple types of practice platforms and improve the practical curriculum system.Fifthly,adapt to the era of artificial intelligence and optimize the faculty.Sixthly,strengthen the ability assessment,improve the assessment and supervision mechanism.Finally,the mode is analyzed from multiple aspects,and the results show that the mode is effective.
