摘要
针对井下作业仿真培训的需求,研究了可多人协作的交互式虚拟仿真培训系统。首先设计井下作业仿真培训系统结构。该结构由接口层、数据处理层、基础设施层组成。其次,研究了井下作业仿真培训系统关键技术,包括虚拟仿真环境搭建、场景渲染优化策略、多人协同演练。最后,将仿真培训系统应用于小修作业溢流关井中的培训。应用结果表明,该系统有效解决了目前井下作业仿真培训系统中操作沉浸感差、不能多岗位协同训练的问题,有效提高了井下作业训练的效果和教学质量。
Aiming at the demand of underground operation simulation training,this paper studied an interactive virtual simulation training system which can cooperate with Multiplayer.Firstly,the structure of downhole operation simulation training system is designed,which is composed of interface layer,data processing layer and infrastructure layer.Secondly,the key technologies of underground operation simulation training system are studied,including the construction of virtual simulation environment,the optimization strategy of scene rendering,and the implementation of multi person collaborative drill.Finally,the simulation training system is applied to the training of overflow shut in of minor repair operation.The application shows that the system effectively solves the problems of poor sense of operation immersion and non multi post cooperative training in the current downhole operation simulation training system,and effectively improves the effect and teaching quality of downhole operation training.
