摘要 韧性和智能化是未来指挥信息系统的发展方向。总结归纳了指挥信息系统韧性的概念与特征,多威胁累加计算的系统韧性评估,基于超网络的军事韧性指标评估,韧性三角理论及R4指标体系,建立了在容量、容忍度、灵活性和适应性方面的指挥信息系统韧性过程模型与评估及一套涵盖抵御、吸收、恢复、重构的韧性系统能力评估指标体系。 Resilience and intelligence are the development direction of the future command information system.Resilience is a capability or quality characteristic of the system in response to various disturbances and changes.The concepts and characteristics of command information system resilience,multi-threat cumulative calculation of system resilience evaluation,military resilience index evaluation based on hyper-network,resilience triangle theory and R4 index system,command information system resilience process model and evaluation based on capacity,tolerance,flexibility and adaptability,and a set of evaluation index systems for resilience system capability covering resistance,absorption,recovery and reconstruction are summarized in turn.
