高帧频CCD导航成像系统

摘要 为了获取高帧频、高质量导航图像数据,设计了一套基于CCD的科学级导航成像系统。整个系统以DALSA公司FTT1010-M图像探测器为核心,以XILINX公司FPGA—XC2V3000为逻辑控制单元进行设计。给出了系统参数选择的依据,分析了FTT1010-M的工作特点,并设计了一套性能可靠的驱动电路。实验结果表明,成像系统在40 ms曝光条件下探测6等星时的图像信噪比优于12 dB,在分辨率为512*512、10位量化、帧频为20f/s时可完成对0. 3等至6. 5等星的探测,具有较高的动态范围。成像系统性能优良、可靠性高,具有较好的可扩展性。 In order to obtain high frame frequency and high quality navigation image data,this paper presents a set of scientific CCD navigation imaging system. The system takes DALSA FTT1010-M as the image detector and uses XILINX XC2 V3000 as logic control unit to complete the design. First of all,the principle of system parameters selection are given,then the work characteristics of the FTT1010-M is described and an improved better performance drive circuit was design. Experimental results proved that the SNR of the image is more than 12 when taking 40 ms exposure time to detect 6 magnitude stars. The image system which uses 10 bit AD has good dynamic range,the detection magnitude can reach from 0.3 to 6.5 in resolution of 512*512,and frame frequency is 20 f/s. The imaging system characterizes good performance,high reliability,and provides good expansibility.
