2种低固化收缩率树脂体系研究

摘要 针对树脂在固化过程中体积收缩的弊端,该文对环氧树脂和苯并噁嗪/环氧树脂2种低固化收缩率树脂体系进行了研究。测试了树脂体系的收缩率、黏度、力学性能及复合材料NOL环性能。结果表明,这2种树脂体系均具有较低的收缩率、良好的力学性能、工艺性能及NOL环性能,满足复合材料的湿法缠绕成型工艺要求。后者与前者相比,具有更低的收缩率。
