精准培训 融合创新 全面提升教师信息技术应用能力

Results of the National Project 2.0 of Capacity Building on IT Application for Primary and Secondary School Teachers

以教育信息化支撑引领教育现代化,是新时代我国教育改革发展的战略选择,而要实现教育信息化,必须要有一支熟练应用信息技术改进教育教学的教师队伍。有了这样一支队伍,才能带来理念更新、模式变革、体系重构,使我国教育信息化发展水平走在世界前列,为国际教育信息化发展提供中国智慧和中国方案。也正因此,我国启动了全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程,并以一浪高过一浪之势,推动能力提升工程向纵深发展。2019年开始的能力提升工程2.0已实施两年多时间。本刊通过对政府相关部门负责人、专家组成员的专访及典型案例的剖析,欣喜地看到,以精准培训为特征的能力提升工程2.0取得了丰硕成果,它创新了教师培训模式,推动了教师培训专业化发展,使大规模个性化教师能力提升成为可能,同时促进了教育均衡发展,引领了未来教育发展方向,为"停课不停学"做出了不可磨灭的贡献。

Since it was launched two years ago,the National Project 2.0 of Capacity Building on IT Application for Primary and Secondary School Teachers have achieved fruitful results.Focusing on targeted training,the Project has innovated the model of teacher training,and promoted its professionalized development,making it possible for the teachers to enhance their capacity in a more individualized approach at a large scale.More importantly,it has facilitated the educational balanced development,and provided guidance for the future educational growth,thus making significant contributions to"keeping students learning during schools disruption in COVID-19 situation".
