新冠肺炎疫情影响下的2020年,数字化转型正从"必要"转为"必须"。企业数字化转型是一种从业务开始的深层变革,需要数字化人才的支撑。"修炼内功"成为2020年的高频词,"全员学习"被财经作家吴晓波列为危机下企业四大自救计划之一。2020年,企业学习跑出数字化变革加速度。在与本刊对话中,中国教育发展战略学会产教融合专业委员会学术委员会主任、在线学习研究院副院长田克美和时代光华研究院院长张春林都指出,因应各个领域在线学习需求的强劲增长。
The digital transformation is becoming a required choice for companies amid the impact of COVID-19 in 2020. The corporate E-Learning is growing fast with the strong growth of different sectors’ demand on E-Learning, in particular the companies’ aspiration to achieve digital and intelligent upgrading and transformation, as well as the strong support of national policies and capital investment.
