教师培训迈入“提质增效”新阶段

摘要 10月30日上午,2020(第十九届)中国远程教育大会的"国培十年"与教师培训信息化高峰论坛在北京举办。教育部教师工作司教师发展处处长王薇,上海师范大学国际与比较教育研究院教授、联合国教科文组织教师教育中心研究人员王洁,全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程2.0专家组组长、华东师范大学开放教育学院院长闫寒冰,北京师范大学未来教育高精尖创新中心融合实验室主任陈玲,国家开放大学培训学院院长、培训中心主任、产教融合研究中心主任汪启富,中国教师研修网总编吴新杰,腾讯教育高级教研经理刘宁等作主题报告。"国培计划"中小学骨干教师培训项目执行办公室副主任罗容海主持论坛。论坛由"国培计划"中小学骨干教师培训项目执行办公室和《中国远程教育》杂志社联合主办。 At the Summit on the Tenth Anniversary of the National Training Program for Primary and Secondary School Teachers and Information-based Teacher Training, many speakers shared their insights on teacher training from different perspectives. It can be learned from their presentations that the teacher training has shifted from focusing on quantity to focusing on quality. Based on the best practices of the Two Major Projects under the Program(the Demonstration Training Project for the Primary and Secondary School Teachers and the Training Project for Key Rural Teachers in Central and Western China), the teaching training in the future will pay more attention to training teachers’ capacity of applying information technologies, and move from depending on experiences to support teaching to using data to drive teaching. Meanwhile, technologies should be leveraged to promote needsbased training and large-scale, individualized capacity building.
