做好"加法",就是要抓过程抓质量,坚持内涵发展。做好"减法",就是要降规模聚主业,大幅提质增效。做好"乘法",就是要发挥特色优势,实现创新发展。做好"除法",就是要回应社会关切,根除痼疾顽症。做好网络教育的"加减乘除",是高校推动高等继续教育综合改革的"先手棋",是高校继续教育在科学定位之后的"改革再出发"。

As for online education in colleges and universities,efforts must be made to:focus on the process and quality,and foster the development of substance in higher education;reduce the scale,focus on main business,and significantly improve quality and efficiency;bring its advantages into full play and achieve innovative development;respond to the social concerns and solve the long-standing problems.These efforts are prerequisite for colleges and universities to promote comprehensive reform of continuing education.
