摘要
当疫情风暴席卷而来时,我们要感谢千万勇敢逆行的白衣战士,也不该忘记日夜陪伴学生们的1700万教师。为了让2.8亿在校生"停课不停学",有多少教师临危受命,仓促上阵。他们不眠不休不言放弃,不断努力挑战自我,千万块屏幕上,教师们那一张张坚守在线教学的面孔令人动容。毋庸讳言,从线下教学转战线上教学,对所有教师来说都是一场艰难的突围,突破对信息技术生疏的障碍,突破多年的教学惯性,突破与学生隔着屏幕交流的困境;突围之时,需要在掌握和使用信息技术上下大功夫,需要重新学习并尝试新的教学方法,需要和学生一起探索新的领域。这一切,对于很多教师来说不可谓不艰难。
During the period of fighting against COVID-19 in China,we should not only thank all the heroic doctors and nurses who have worked hard at the front line,we should also thank over 17 million teachers who have taught online.To ensure the 280 million students at different levels can stay home learning,the teachers have risen to the challenge.Needless to say,the sudden transition from offline teaching to online teaching poses a major challenge to all the teachers,as they have to learn IT expertise and new teaching methods,and even explore new fields with students.To achieve a true blended teaching approach,a successful shift from duck-feeding to interactive teaching style,and from teacher-centered to student-centered teaching method,teachers still have a long way to go.Anyway,the transformation of educational ecology calls for the joint efforts of all relevant stakeholders,not just the teachers.
