虚拟仿真技术在材料动态力学实验教学中的运用

摘要 为规范材料动态力学实验测试技能,基于一维杆中应力波传播理论,采用虚拟仿真技术构建了分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)实验试场景,设计并开发了材料动态力学性能测试虚拟仿真实验。该虚拟仿真实验解决了SHPB实验中场地限制、使用安全及耗材损耗等问题,可在教学中帮助学生掌握材料动态性能测试的操作步骤,加深对应力波传播过程的理解,并培养学生具备对材料进行动态力学性能测试分析的能力。该虚拟仿真实验的主要特色是,以应力波理论为基础,构建了可与材料类型、操作过程相一致的开放式虚拟实验测试数据分析模块,为应力波理论的教学内容与瞬态实验力学技术应用方式提供沟通的桥梁。 Based on the theory of stress wave propagation in one-dimensional bars,a split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)test scenario was constructed by using virtual simulation technology to standardize the testing skills of dynamic mechanics of materials.The virtual simulation experiment of dynamic mechanical properties of materials was designed and developed.The virtual simulation experiment solved the site limitation in SHPB experiment Problem such as the use of safe and material loss,can help students to master in the teaching material dynamic performance test of the operation steps,to deepen understanding in the process of the propagation of stress wave,and cultivate the students have to carry on the dynamic mechanical properties test and analysis the materials Are the main features of the virtual simulation experiment,based on the theory of stress wave,constructed with material type The open virtual experimental test data analysis module with consistent operation process is the teaching content and instantaneous of stress wave theory.
