军民融合背景下军地院校开展教学资源共享的探索与实践

Exploration and practice on the sharing of teaching resources between military and local colleges and universities under the background of civil-military integration

校际资源共享能提高优秀教学资源的利用率,有助于各高校之间形成学科专业优势互补,从而有效提高教师教学水平及学生学习能力,对于提高高校整体的办学水平有重大意义。结合当前军民融合上升到国家战略的大背景,探究了军事院校的管理模式及学生特点,分析了当前军地院校资源共享机制建设存在的问题。针对上述问题及军事院校特点,研究了当前军校开展资源共享教学的优点及必要性,阐明了军事院校开展教学资源共享的可行性及有利条件。通过与地方高校开展资源共享教学的探索与实践,表明该教学模式能有效提高学员的能力素质,提升高校教学能力及教学水平,为军地院校建立教学资源共享机制提供借鉴与参考。

Inter-school resources sharing can improve the utilization ratio of the advantage teaching resources,and help to form the complementary advantages of the subject,so as to effectively promote the teaching level and the students'learning ability,which has great significance for improving the overall level of running a school.On the background that the civil-military integration rises to the national strategic,the management mode and the student’s characteristics of military colleges and universities are explored,and the existing problems about the construction of resources sharing mechanism between military colleges and universities and local colleges and universities are analyzed.On the basis of the above problems and characteristics of the students in military colleges and universities,the advantages and necessity of developing resources sharing method in military colleges and universities are then studied,further the feasibility and advantageous conditions of the teaching mode of resource sharing are illuminated.Based on the exploration and practice of resources sharing method with local colleges and universities,it is shown that the new teaching model can effectively improve students'ability and quality,and the teaching ability and teaching level have been improved as well,which can provide reference for the establishment of resources sharing mechanism between military colleges and universities and local colleges and universities.
