摘要
语言态度并不是一成不变的,会受到社会环境和个人经历的影响,随环境、时间而变更,并反映在其语言习得成效及语言水平上^(①)。少数民族成员对国家通用语言的态度不仅会影响双语教育的效能,更会反映出公民身份意识和国家认同以及中华民族共同体意识。延边朝鲜族自治州政府在民族双语教育工作中,要求各级机关和学校摆正对国家通用语言的态度,以文化认同为纽带,有效地实施双语教育。一方面,提高了少数民族对国家通用语言文字的使用能力,在习得中华文化的过程中促进其民族认同、公民身份认同及国家认同的协调统一。另一方面,加强了少数民族对中华民族的认同,增进了民族团结,提高了民族教育的质量,对我国少数民族铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有积极的启示作用。
Language attitudes are not static,they will be affected by social environment and personal experience,change with the environment and time,and are reflected in their language acquisition effectiveness and language level.The national language attitude of ethnic minority members not only affects the effectiveness of bilingual education,but also reflects the consciousness of citizenship and national identity,as well as the sense of community for the Chinese nation.In the work of ethnic bilingual education,the government of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture requires institutions and schools at all levels to correct their attitudes towards the common language of the country,and to effectively implement bilingual education with cultural identity as a link.On the one hand,it improves the ability of ethnic minorities to use the national common language and characters,and promotes the coordination and unity of their ethnic identity,citizenship identity and national identity in the process of acquiring Chinese culture.On the other hand,the identification of ethnic minorities with the Chinese nation has been strengthened,ethnic unity has been enhanced,and the quality of ethnic education has been improved,it has a positive enlightening effect on my country's ethnic minorities casting a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
