我国当前处在深化改革、扩大发展的关键时期,随着信息时代和网络社会的不断发展,舆论生态日趋复杂,以互联网舆论为主要代表的社会舆论发展变化对社会和谐稳定产生重大影响。由此,舆论学研究应势而动,创新发展。2021年9月25日,第五届中国舆论学论坛顺利召开,本届论坛聚焦“舆论引导与社会治理”主题,50余位学者就学科建设、历史谱系、突发事件、舆情风险等多项议题进行了深入的交流与思想碰撞。本届论坛涌现出许多优秀的学术成果,使得其跨学科、创新性、实践性、多元化等特性凸显,从而为社会治理和舆论引导提供有益思路和指导作用。

China is currently in a critical period of deepening reform and expanding development.With the continuous development of information age and network society,the ecology of public opinion is becoming increasingly complex.The development and change of public opinion mainly represented by internet has a significant impact on social harmony and stability.Therefore,the study of public opinion moves with the trend and develops innovatively.On September25,2021,the Fifth Chinese Association for Public Opinion Research Annual Forum was successfully held.This forum focused on the theme of“public opinion guidance and social governance”,and more than 50 scholars conducted in-depth exchanges and ideological collisions on subjects such as discipline construction,historical pedigree,emergencies,international public opinion,public opinion risks and so on.The forum has produced many excellent academic achievements,which highlight its interdisciplinary,innovative,practical,diversified and international characteristics,thus providing useful ideas and guidance for social governance and public opinion guidance.
