气相色谱-质谱法测定含植物提取物类化妆品中35种农药残留 被引量:4

Measurement of Thirty-five Pesticide Residues in Cosmetics Containing Plant Extracts by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)前处理技术,建立了含植物提取物类化妆品中35种农药残留的检测方法。样品采用乙腈萃取待测组分,经GPC净化,由HP-5MS毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)分离,选择离子监测(SIM)模式检测,外标法定量。结果发现,35种农药的线性范围为0.02~2.50mg/L,相关系数≥0.995,方法的检出限为0.02~0.10 mg/kg,定量限为0.05~0.25 mg/kg。35种农药的平均回收率为80%~120%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤10.0%。该方法稳定、可靠,样品前处理简单,分析时间短,灵敏度和准确性好,可以满足含植物提取物类化妆品中多种农药同时分析的要求,适用于含植物提取物类化妆品中农药残留的快速筛查。 Measuremrnt of 35 pesticide residues in cosmetics containing plant extracts by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and gel permeation chromatography(GPC)was established.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and purified by GPC.They were separated by HP-5 MS capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm).The selective ion monitoring(SIM)mode was adopted and the external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.The results showed that,the linear range of 35 pesticides was 0.02-2.50 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was more than 0.995,the detection limit was 0.02-0.10 mg/kg,and the quantitative limit was 0.05-0.25 mg/kg.The average recoveries of 35 pesticides ranged from 80%to 120%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 10.0%.The method is stable and reliable,with simple sample pretreatment,short analysis time,good sensitivity and accuracy,which can meet the requirements of simultaneous analysis of multiple pesticides in cosmetics containing plant extracts.And it is suitable for rapid screening of pesticide residues in cosmetics containing plant extracts.
