化妆品中咪唑啉类成分测定方法建立

Establishment of a Determination Method for Imidazolines in Cosmetics

为调查宣称祛痘及抗过敏类化妆品中是否存在非法添加咪唑啉类成分的情况,采用自建液相色谱法对50批次化妆品中的咪唑啉类成分进行分析。结果发现1批次宣称抗过敏类化妆品中非法添加《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版)规定的禁用组分萘甲唑啉,该发现属国内鲜有。目前咪唑啉类成分在化妆品领域尚无法定检测方法,检测结果提示化妆品中非法添加药物出现新趋势,应尽快制定补充检验方法,填补空缺。

In order to investigate whether illegal addition of imidazolines in cosmetics claimed with acne removal and anti-allergic effects existed,the self-built liquid chromatography method was used to analyze the imidazolines in 50 batches of cosmetics.As a result,it was discovered that a batch of cosmetic with anti-allergic effect had added the illegal component naphazoline,a banned component listed in the“Cosmetic Safety Technical Specification”(2015 edition),which was the rare case in China.At present,there is no statutory methodology for determining imidazolines in the cosmetics field.The research results suggested that there was a new trend of illegally added drugs in cosmetics.Supplementary standard methodologies should be formulated as soon as possible to fill the gap in this field.
