摘要 建立了一种简单、快速测定化妆品中林可霉素和克林霉素的高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。样品经质量分数50%乙腈提取,正己烷液液萃取净化,高效液相色谱分离,电喷雾离子源正模式及多反应监测模式检测,外标法定量。林可霉素和克林霉素在15.0~300.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9980,方法的检出限和定量限分别为0.10 mg/kg和0.30 mg/kg,加标回收率为86.1%~98.6%,精密度(n=6)为2.1%~8.1%。该方法具有净化效果好、定量准确、灵敏快速的特点,适用于化妆品中林可霉素和克林霉素化合物的检测确证。 A novel simple and rapid method was established for the simultaneous determination of lincomycin and clindamycin in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).The samples were extracted with mass fraction of 50%acetonitrile solution,purified with hexane,separated by high performance liquid chromatography,detected by electrospray ionization source in multiple reaction monitoring mode(MRM),and quantified by external standard method.Under the optimal conditions,lincomycin and clindamycin showed linear relationship in the range of 15.0-300.0μg/L with the correlation coefficients higher than 0.9980.The detection and quantitation limits of the method were 0.10 mg/kg and 0.30 mg/kg,and the mean recoveries at three spiked concentration levels were in the range of 86.1%-8.6%with the relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=6)ranging from 2.1%to 8.1%.This method is accurate,simple and rapid,which could be applied to the detection of lincomycin and clindamycin in cosmetics.
